Kabati

Terms of Use

Effective July 28, 2026
In plain words.

Kabati helps you organize your wardrobe and get outfit ideas. The style suggestions and AI features are helpful tools, not professional advice, and they can be wrong, so use your own judgment. Your wardrobe is yours. Be fair in how you use the app. If you buy a subscription, it is billed through Apple and you manage it in your Apple account.

1. Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Kabati, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you use Kabati on behalf of yourself, you confirm you are old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, and at least 13 years old.

2. What Kabati is

Kabati is a personal wardrobe app. It lets you catalog your clothing, build looks, and ask an AI stylist for suggestions based on the pieces you own. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Suggestions are not professional advice

Outfit ideas, color and styling suggestions, and any images produced by the Tidy with AI feature are generated automatically and are provided for your convenience. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not to your taste. Kabati does not guarantee any particular result and is not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for your own choices about what to wear and buy.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and information you add to Kabati. That content is stored in your own Apple iCloud, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the right to use it. Tidy with AI and automatic tagging send a garment photo through Kabati's relay to Google to return a cleaned-up image or tags, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse Kabati. In particular, do not use it to break the law, to upload content you have no right to, to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the app or its services, or to overload the stylist service in an automated or abusive way.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Kabati may offer a free tier and an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. If you purchase a subscription:

Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

7. Third-party services

Kabati relies on services that have their own terms, including Apple iCloud, Google for the Tidy and stylist features, OpenAI for the stylist's voice, and Cloudflare for the relay. Your use of features that depend on these services is also subject to their terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Kabati app, its name, design, and software are owned by its developer and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to the Kabati brand or software beyond using the app as intended.

9. The app is provided "as is"

Kabati is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Kabati does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any suggestion will suit you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Kabati will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using Kabati at any time by deleting the app. These terms continue to apply to any use you made before then. Kabati may update or discontinue features over time.

12. The Apple App Store

These terms are between you and the developer of Kabati only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app, for any maintenance and support, and for addressing any claim that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements or infringes a third party's rights, to the extent required by law. Your license to use Kabati is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Kabati after a change means you accept the updated terms.
